Notes and quotations
The sticky notes include short quotations from W. Edwards Deming, Dave Ulrich, Josh Bersin and Amy C. Edmondson, with links to identified sources. The original wording is preserved in English; the localized version is identified as an editorial translation. Repeating a quotation across several chapters does not imply that its author endorses this work.
The quotations guide discussion of systems, professional value, learning and psychological safety. They must be interpreted in context. They are not used as evidence of a tool's effectiveness or as substitutes for empirical research.
Provenance and review
The examples serve educational purposes. Commercial organizations are not identified in the body of the book. Authors' names and sources are retained to enable attribution and verification. Translated versions require professional review; they are not presented as certified translations or editions reviewed by expert speakers.
Educational use and answers
Knowledge questionnaires include explanations of the correct answers. Dilemmas allow comparison of priorities and assign no moral or employability score. Answers are saved only when the person accepts the notice and presses the submit button. They must not include names, personnel records or confidential information about workers or applicants.
This edition preserves the authorship of Raúl Moreno Izquierdo. Conditions for reuse and redistribution must be agreed with the author. The book provides general education and does not replace professional analysis of a specific case.
